About Yum You You
The food-related arm of La Bellitude is Yum Yum You, and we specialize in you! That is, we create recipes to share with you and all readers, and we create others that are created just for you or someone you love.
In addition to these individual recipes, we have As Thyme Goes By, a cookbook with hundreds of recipes created or compiled and cooked in our family kitchens over the last half century. A limited number of the 240-page, spiral bound books are available. Please email if you are interested.

Recipes to Try
Our goal is to create new recipes, improve old favorites with a new twist or technique, or combine a piece of this and a bit of that to cook up a hybrid that is better than the originals. We’ll be posting everything from breakfast to midnight snacks so you can always find something that is just right.
We don’t post multiple ads and a dozen photos that you have to go through just to get to the recipes. Usually one picture to give you an idea of what to expect and then right to the list of ingredients and the directions. We will be posting an average to 2-3 new recipes each week. And we will never have ads!

Customized Recipes
You can order a custom recipe for yourself or give it to someone as a gift. Either way, ordering begins with answering some questions that let us know about the recipient. Cooking ability, likes and dislikes, special occasion, etc.
We create and test the recipe based on the information you provide and send it along with a shopping list and at least one source for any unusual ingredients. It is yours alone; we will not publish it, duplicate it for another, or share it with anyone else.
